    How do I remove the default Voice/SMS/MMS Request URL?

    Every number purchased on the CPaaS platform is assigned a Voice, SMS, and MMS Request URL by default. These Request URLs are designed to be used for testing purposes. When no longer needed, they can be removed by following these instructions:


    1. Log into your account and go to Numbers > Manage Numbers:


    2. Select the number you wish to edit (which this will bring you to the voice settings for said number):

    3. Remove the Voice Request URL and click save:

    The steps above can be repeated for the SMS and MMS Request URLs. That's all there is to it!
